1. CELEBRATE SUCCESS EDUCATION AWARDS

Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost is offering four awards:  Going Green Environmental Program, Student Art Contest, Why Education Matters Essay Contest, and Education For All Photography Contest.  To apply for any of these awards go to www.fagenfriedman.com/foundation

 

 

2. THE SOLECITO SCHOLARSHIP

 3. AJ WANG FOUNDATION

AJ Wang Foundation was established as a non-profit organization in November 2008.  The foundation is led by a couple who immigrated to the U.S. to pursue the “American Dream.”  The Scholarship Fund is targeting students attending Foundation selected community colleges in the Southern California area.  The Scholarship Fund provides scholarships for up to three consecutive years for students attending the designated community colleges in the Los Angeles, Ventura and now Orange County areas.  This scholarship is for U.S. resident, citizen or Dream Act eligible.  For further scholarship criteria and to pick up an application stop by the Career Center.

APPLICATION PERIOD: April 15 – June 1 Annually

 

 

4.  CALIFORNIA LATINO LEGISLATIVE CAUCUS FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP

The California Latino Legislative Caucus Foundation (CLLCF) is pleased to invite all qualified California residents to apply for a scholarship.  This scholarship program was established to assist deserving students by offering financial assistance to help meet educational expenses. Please come to the Career Center to pick up an application.

DEADLINE:  June 1, 2016, application must arrived by their office by this date.

 

5. COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR HOMELESS AND AT-RISK STUDENTS

The Horatio Alger Association provides approximately 1,000 scholarships each year (ranging from $2,500 to $20,000) to eligible students who have overcome adversity in their lives.  To apply go to application.horatioalger.org   

DEADLINE: June 1, 2016 

 

6. AAEDE wishes to award scholarships to students who demonstrate financial need and plan to continue their education after high school graduation. Awards range from $500.00 to $1000.00. Come the Career Center for an application.

7. F3 STUDENT AWARDS

The F3 Education Awards Program offers a series of education awards for students attending California public schools. F3 is committed to support and celebrate public education's success. For further scholarship criteria go to  F3AWARDS.ORG

 

8. INSURANCE SCHOLARSHIP

 If you’ve never heard of insurance scholarships, then listen up. These top insurance scholarships offer financial support from $500 to     $10,000 to a full-ride. 9. NAVAL RESERVE OFFICERS TRAINING CORPS (NROTC) SCHOLARSHIP
