1. CELEBRATE SUCCESS EDUCATION AWARDS

Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost is offering four awards:  Going Green Environmental Program, Student Art Contest, Why Education Matters Essay Contest, and Education For All Photography Contest.  To apply for any of these awards go to www.fagenfriedman.com/foundation

 

2.  ITALIAN CATHOLIC FEDERATION

The Italian Catholic Federation is offering a $400.00 scholarship to Roman Catholic seniors but need not to be of Italian descent.  Applications are available in the Career Center or you can download the application by going to http://www.icf.org

3.TRAVIS McKINLEY DOW MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is for incoming or current undergraduate and graduate students at Humboldt State university.  GPA not considered. 4. CHANGE A LIFE SCHOLARSHIP

5CALIFORNIA WINE GRAPE GROWERS FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP

For High School Seniors whose parent(s) or Legal Guardian(s) are/were Vineyard Employees of a California Wine Grape Grower during the 2014 or 2015.  For further scholarship criteria stop by the Career Center to pick up an application.

6. ROBERT MILLER SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is for Viticulture and Enology, for students who want to make their career in the Central Coast grape and wine industry. For further scholarship criteria stop by the Career Center to pick up an application.

7.California Alarm Association (CAA)

The student must be a graduating senior and accepted for admission to an accredited college.  Each eligible student must have a parent or guardian who is a full-time law enforcement (police) or fire service personnel.  Applications are available in the Career Center.

8. SAN GABRIEL VALLEY JR. ALL-AMERICAN FOOTBALL CONFERENCE INC. SCHOLARSHIP

To apply for this scholarship you need a Minimum High School GPA of 3.5 and  Copy of your SAT/ACT Scores Minimum two (2) years in our program as a Player or Cheerleader! Not required to have played or cheered in High School Awards may vary in numbers and amounts.  Minimum Award is $500.00.  For further scholarship criteria stop by the Career Center to pick up an application.

9. TAIWANESE-AMERICAN CITIZENS LEAGUE SCHOLARSHIP

TACL is a non-profit, education, public affairs, and human rights organization representing Americans of Taiwanese ancestry.  The scholarship program is open to all High School Seniors to apply, regardless of race, national origin, and financial needs.  The winners will receive a $500 award and TACL Scholarship Plaque.  The recipients must attend the award ceremony in person in order to receive the scholarship monetary award.  For further scholarship criteria stop by the Career Center to pick up an application.

10. BOBBY SALCEDO MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Salcedo Scholarship committee will offer 10 scholarships this year to El Monte Union High School students. This scholarship honors the memory and promotes the hope Bobby Salcedo had to see his students continue their education past high school. Please come to the Career Center to pick up an application.

11. FRIAR TUX SHOP SCHOLARSHIP

Friar Tux Shop introduces our 3rd annual College Scholarship Program.  Over the past 2 years, Friar tux Shop has awarded 35 scholarships to deserving students.  In the spring of 2012, we will once again award scholarships to a new group of graduating seniors.  Scholarship awards will be $500 each.  Please view further scholarship criteria and apply online at http://www.friartux.com/schools

12. LOS ANGELES FEDRAL SCHOLARSHIP

13. LATINO UNION UCR SCHOLARSHIP

Latino Union is a non-profit, community service organization that not only strives to unite the Latino community at UC Riverside, but also seeks to promote higher education and the advancement minorities both in and around UC Riverside.  Latino Union is pleased to announce that we are rewarding our Fourth Annual Latino Union Scholarships to two (2) qualified incoming freshman students who intend to study at UC Riverside with one (1) $500 scholarship each.  Applicant does not have to be Latino oriented, or identify as Latino to apply.  Applications are available in the Career Center.
